What is Voorraadscanner?
Inventory in the browser: scan barcodes with your phone camera and manage products, pick lists, and movements on your PC. Hosted in the EU.
Do I need to download an app from a store?
No. No App Store or Play Store. Browser, or as an app on your home screen (phone) or desktop (Chrome or Edge).
Does Voorraadscanner work with Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, or Lightspeed?
Yes, optionally from Starter: Shopify or WooCommerce (stock and orders as pick lists; Shopify POS stays in sync) and Sendcloud labels. Square or Lightspeed from Pro: till sales decrement stock. One of those four at a time. Free has no integrations. Own system? Request a connection.
What does Voorraadscanner cost?
Free up to 25 products, no integrations. Founding starts when you add your first product — not when you create the account. The first 25 who do that stay on Pro for life (max 650 products). After that, Starter €10 EUR / $11 USD per month (max 200 products), Pro €20 EUR / $22 USD per month (max 600 products) or Enterprise €79 EUR / $89 USD per month (max 5000 products). Paid signup isn’t open yet.
Does Voorraadscanner work for a physical store?
Yes. Plus or minus with your phone or a USB scanner at the counter. Voorraadscanner is not a cash register. Shopify POS through Shopify; Square and Lightspeed from Pro.
How secure is my data?
Data security comes first for us. Everything is stored in the EU (Frankfurt am Main (eu-central-1), Germany) and travels over HTTPS. Each account only sees its own data, and photos are private per account. No tracking, and we never sell your data. You can export or delete your account yourself under Profile.
I have my own website or order system. Can you connect it?
Shopify, Woo, Square, and Lightspeed are built in. For your own webshop or order system you can request a connection — per account, no guarantee. CSV always works.
